Challenges
The Samurai system includes dozens of interconnected features, admin-only pages, and custom logic. Its user interface had grown increasingly cluttered over time, making it difficult for users to navigate and operate efficiently.
Designed Without a Designer
The interface was originally built by developers to prioritize functionality, not usability.
As a result, the system became dense, technical, and visually inconsistent.
Complex by Nature
Redesign the UI while staying as close as possible to the existing structure in order to minimizing backend refactoring - required precision & deep understanding of the system's logic.
Inconsistent & Overloaded UI
The interface was packed with mixed styles, and non-intuitive flows. This inconsistency created cognitive overload and made even basic actions feel heavy and error-prone.
